Animal Policy

The following is a summarization of our animal policy:

• Max limit of TWO (2) animals per apartment. Max weight limit of 75 pounds.
• Management reserves the right to revoke any privileges for animals who demonstrate aggressive behavior towards other tenants or animals. An animal interview is required prior to move in.
• NO exotic or wild animals, ferrets, rodents, reptiles, insects, spiders, lizards, birds, or saltwater fish are permitted on property. No aquariums are permitted over 20 gallons.

Fees are tiered and determined by weight:

• 10 - 25 pounds = 1st $350.00 / 2nd $150.00
• 26 - 40 pounds = 1st $450.00 / 2nd $175.00
• 41 - 75 pounds = 1st $550.00 / 2nd $200.00
